By accessing or using Fahamu App ("the App," "our Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

User Accounts

You retain ownership of any content you upload to Fahamu App ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to upload content that:
- Violates any law or regulation
- Infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
- Contains personal information of others without consent
- Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
- Contains malware or harmful code
AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI is provided for educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should verify important information from authoritative sources.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Fahamu App and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAHAMU APP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Service interruption or computer damage
- Cost of substitute services
- Any damages arising from your use of the Service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
